Editorial disclosure
How Holiday Brief is funded, what we accept, and what we refuse.
Funding
Holiday Brief is operated by a single person. The site may run contextual advertising (e.g. AdSense) on informational pages. We do not run affiliate links to religious bodies or political organizations. We do not write sponsored content. We do not accept payment to add, modify, or remove a brief.
What we will not link to
- Holiday greeting card generators.
- Paid holiday recipe boxes.
- Holiday-themed crypto / NFT drops.
- Affiliate offers to religious organizations or political campaigns.
- Affiliate offers to payday lenders that advertise around payday holidays.
Conflicts of interest
The Calendar Project has no ownership stake in any holiday, brand, country, or religion. Where a brief covers a commercial brand (e.g. a holiday merchandise product), the brand is named and the relationship is disclosed on the page. We are not aware of any undisclosed conflict; if you believe one exists, please email us.
Editorial corrections
We correct factual errors quickly and visibly. Each brief shows a Published date and (where relevant) an Updated date. Material corrections are noted at the top of the page so repeat visitors do not miss them.
